Social Media Marketing Manager - Part Time 
Remote | 
10-12 hours per week

Stag & Hen is looking for a savvy social media marketing manager to join our growing team! In this role you will oversee the Stag & Hen social media strategy, including crafting a content calendar and creating compelling photos and videos (basic photography and video-editing experience is a must!). In addition, you'll help provide bachelorette party inspiration and planning tips via keyword-optimized blog posts. Your goals will be to build followers, grow engagement and drive sales by sharing compelling, helpful and inspiring content to the bachelorette party audience. This is a remote, part-time role (10-12 hours per week) for someone who loves all-things-social! 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a creative, compelling social media strategy and content calendar for Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories), TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and the Stag & Hen Blog  
  • Produce and edit content for social media posts including photos, videos and copy; utilize existing content as well as create new content from scratch 
  • Post and share content 3-5x per week on all social media platforms 
  • Write and publish 2-3 blog posts per month and distribute via social media channels 
  • Increase and grow social media followers for all accounts
  • Increase and grow social media reach and engagement for all accounts 
  • Drive sales and revenue via social media marketing 
  • Manage social media collaborations including vetting, coordinating the agreement, sending product, tracking results and creating blog posts and social media content featuring the bachelorette weekend 

Experience & Personality:

  • 2+ years experience and proven success managing and growing social media accounts for clients 
  • Knowledge and expertise of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook including all features and functionality 
  • Abreast of the latest social media trends, rules and regulations 
  • Ability to create highly-compelling and creative content including photos, videos and blog posts 
  • Basic photography and video-editing experience 
  • Stellar copywriting skills 
  • Creative, strategic and organized with solid time-management skills 
  • Positive and friendly attitude

Order Fulfillment Assistant - Part Time or Full Time
Dallas, TX 

Stag & Hen is looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, reliable and responsible online order fulfillment assistant to join our growing team! As our business grows, we are in need of someone to assist with fulfilling our online orders, packaging products and managing inventory. Your role will include picking inventory, packing orders, prepping them for shipment, and helping keep our warehouse in Dallas, TX organized and stocked.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily order fulfillment
  • Pick inventory, pack orders and prep for shipment
  • Package finished, manufactured materials into retail packaging
  • Check-in inventory as it arrives and inspect for quality
  • Keep product inventory clean and organized
  • Alert us when product stock is running low

Experience & Personality:

  • Fast-learner with willingness to grow and take on new projects
  • Reliable, responsible and trust-worthy (you show up to work on time!)
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency with computers (we use ShipStation, Slack, GoogleSheets) 
  • Experience with ShipStation or similar eCommerce shipping software is a bonus
  • Enthusiastic and positive
