The Weekend Itinerary
What They Did
Day 1: Friday
The weekend festivities began on Friday with a very chill night-in. Maddy and her squad met up at Kacey's house and got settled. The girls enjoyed late night snacks and catching up with each other in the living room. They had something fun planned for Maddy the next morning so they prepared a few things for that before heading to bed.
Day 2: Saturday
The girls woke up bright and early on Saturday and started getting ready for the surprise bridal shower they planned for Maddy. They had breakfast at the house, followed by a few games, gift giving and reminiscing on old memories. The squad dressed comfy in their fave loungewear, paired with matching Camp Bachelorette Trucker Hats. They had a mini photoshoot together before their journal making session where they embraced their creativity and decorated journals together.
That evening they enjoyed a home cooked Italian dinner, then changed into their PJ’s, made mock-tails and played a few bachelorette party games. They wrapped up the night with a big backyard bonfire, s’mores, lots of girl talk, and a snuggly sleepover!
Day 3: Sunday
After a restful night in, the girls woke up and headed to church at New Life Chapel in Cincinnati. After the service, they enjoyed a yummy brunch at First Watch before heading back to Kacey's to pack up and say their goodbyes.
The Bachelorette Pad
Where They Stayed
Maddy chose to keep her bachelorette party low-key and decided to stay in town for the weekend. She didn't want the added stress + expenses of traveling, so MOH Kacey offered to host the squad at her house for the weekend. Even though they didn't stay at a fancy hotel or upscale airbnb, they still got the full “party-pad” experience. Kacey transformed her house into the cutest Camp Bachelorette oasis for the weekend. She decorated with colorful green balloon arches, custom “Camp Maddy” floor decals, a fully stocked bar cart, party favors for the squad – she even decorated a room for Maddy with cute bride decor.
The Party Theme, Decor & Accessories
Camp Bachelorette aka Camp Maddy ;)
Maddy is a laid back gal who prefers an old fashioned sleepover with her besties over staying out late and partying, so Camp Bachelorette seemed like the perfect theme for her special weekend. Although they kept it very low-key, Kacey still went all out to celebrate her bestie with fun party decor and accessories. She decorated the house with a neutral forest/sage green and tan color palette. The group accessorized with Camp Bachelorette Trucker Hats, matching party cups, and color coordinating party decor.
