Famed as the oldest bar in the United States, Laffite's Blacksmith Shop was built in 1722 by Jean Lafitte, who supposedly haunts the bar to this day - yikes! Located at the far end of the French Quarter, head here for a fun start (or end) to your bachelorette party pub crawl... just make sure to keep an eye out for ghosts! Order a Voodoo Daiquiri and ask the bartender to share some of the bar's colorful history while enjoying tunes from the piano in the back of the bar.
