That's why we sat down with bachelorette party planner expert Bri Steck from Vegas Girls Night Out to get her expert tips on what makes Las Vegas a fantastic party destination, her top itinerary picks, and more. S&H: In your opinion, what makes Las Vegas a great destination for a bachelorette party?
VGNO: Vegas has the best of everything and you really can’t find anyplace like it anywhere else. The best restaurants, hotels, shopping and entertainment in one place. It’s also a great spot for a bachelorette party because you can choose between a low-key party with spa services, amazing dinners and shows OR you can go crazy and include bottle service, limos and late-night partying to your itinerary. I always recommend a combo of both!
S&H: What hotels are your favorite options for a bachelorette group?
VGNO: We have a package called Boujie Bitch that is an all inclusive two-night hotel stay with dinner and activities. The Blush Suite that is included with this package is located at the Palms and I think it’s perfect for a bachelorette party.
S&H: Tell us your top three activities for a bach weekend in Vegas… and yes, you can only pick 3!
VGNO: Thunder From Down Under, Bottle Service at AYU Dayclub and a one-hour open bar at The Chandelier Bar.
S&H: If you were celebrating your own bachelorette party in Las Vegas, what restaurants and bars would you pick to go to?
VGNO: I would probably follow the same itinerary as our You’re So Fancy party package. It’s something I love to do for Halloween every year. This package includes dinner at Beauty & Essex, a one-hour open bar at the Chandelier Bar at the cosmopolitan and nightclub entry to eleven different nightclubs. I’d start at XS with bottle service.
S&H: Tell it to us straight. How much do girls really need to budget for a Vegas bach weekend?
VGNO: What’s great about Vegas Girls Night Out is that you pay for everything that you book with us in advance, including tax, tip and fees - so there won't be any budget surprises. I recommend a $300 per person allowance for your Vegas Girls Night Out party package or experiences. Then, add an additional $100-$200 per day if you didn’t pre-purchase dinners or open bars/bottle service. Keep in mind that Vegas cocktails average $25 per drink, plus tip. Lastly, for the hotel room, I would budget approximately $400 for the weekend, if you are sharing one room.
S&H: Give us some insider scoop - what’s something fun to do or check out that only a local would know about?
VGNO: Visit Area 15. It's off the strip, but they have so many cool activites. They also have Omega Mart, which is too hard to describe, but something that you should check out!
S&H: What would you say is the #1 misconception about Las Vegas as a bachelorette destination?
VGNO: That it's only for partying. Vegas can be whatever you want it to be. You don’t have to stay up all night; you can build an itinerary that includes spa services, dinners, shows, cocktails and shopping.
